WHAT DO WE DO?
Apollo offers succession solutions to owner-managed companies specialising in the fire protection, intruder alarm, access control and CCTV sector in the Midlands.
LONG-TERM FOCUSED
Our investment time horizon is at least a decade.

Ideally we would like to hold onto a business forever.
This means that we will always place the long-term interest of the business ahead of everything else.
PEOPLE-ORIENTATED
People is the heart of every business.
We do not limit ourselves to the shareholder value maximisation theory, but instead we strive to increase the utility of every stakeholder of the business, be it employees, customers or the environment.
AGILE AND ADAPTABLE
We are not bound by a rigid process.

Instead, we bring agility and flexibility into the transaction and the running of the business. We know your business might be very dear to your heart. We will work with you to achieve a mutually beneficial deal structure.

OUR FAMILY OF COMPANIES
Part of the family since 2022
Wilson Alarm Systems Limited is our platform and is one of the leading alarm companies covering the Leicester area as well as the wider East Midlands. Established in 1988, it prides itself on offering its customers with a personal, professional and friendly service throughout – from the initial consultation through to the system’s installation and further aftercare. It holds NSI Gold accreditation.

The company had been well-managed by its 2 owners for the last two decades. The company was presented to us through a professional advisor. We made a satisfactory offer within 1 week, conducted due diligence in 3 weeks and completed the transaction within 3 months. In fact, we moved so quickly that the owners even managed to take a month-long vacation during the sale process!
At completion, one owner decided to retire while the other remained with the business to be part of its growth journey. All the staff were retained.
